Activity Registration

Fall Activity Registration is OPEN!

We are excited to announce that activity registration is now OPEN for 7^th and 8^th graders!  All participants must have the registration completed and a physical dated on or after April 15, 2026, before the activity start date. Please be sure to take the time to update your participant's age, grade, and delete any outdated sports physicals in your profile.

Participation fee payments are made through Arbiter during the registration process. While online payment is preferred, cash or checks made out to Heritage Middle School are also accepted in the office.  If your family receives free or reduced lunch, please select yes during the registration process and type OK in the box below stating that you understand the information will be verified.

IMPORTANT: If your student is participating in a 7–12 activity through Horace High School, they need to be registered under Heritage Middle School.
